I just got my case approved at USCIS; not case # assigned at NVC yet

I have run into a few posts and notice under their timeline, it says "DS-3032 Email sent".

I have some questions. Would you please help me answer them?

1. Who can send DS-3032 via email method? The beneficiary or the US Citizen ?

2. When can they send it ?

3. Is there a trick to say when send DS-3032 via email method? Or are you able to send it electronically without special reasons?

4. Do you scan the DS-3032 to your computer and send it as an attachment? Or is there a link we can send DS-3032?

5. What email address are we sending to?

6. What infomation do we need to include when sending it?

Thank you very much in advance for helping me.

1. Who can send DS-3032 via email method? The beneficiary or the US Citizen ?

Beneficiary

2. When can they send it ?

You need to keep checking NVC Automated Messages during this time. The NVC phone message will say something like: "...NVC will mail...the beneficiary..." OR "DS3032 and AOS Fee Bill has been generated on________"

3. Is there a trick to say when send DS-3032 via email method? Or are you able to send it electronically without special reasons?

There is no Trick at all. You are just following NVC process but instead of using regular snail mail method, you are using e-mail as a method of communication.

4. Do you scan the DS-3032 to your computer and send it as an attachment? Or is there a link we can send DS-3032?

Use the e-mail template from Wiki.

5. What email address are we sending to?

NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

6. What information do we need to include when sending it?

E-mail template from Wiki has all required information. Please read it carefully.
