Does anyone have a sample cover letter I could use to compare to mine before I send my AOS packet in? I'm sure there's another similar post, but the search function isn't working on my computer for some reason.

Here's what ours looked like, but others may have better examples.

- two (2) passport-style photos of NON-USC

- copy of his birth certificate and deed poll to show name change

- copy of his Passport (including biographical page, K-1 Visa, and I-94 front and back)

- copy of NOA2 from I-129F

- certified copy of marriage certificate

2. G-325A Biographic Information for NON-USC.

3. I-693A for NON-USC.

4. I-765 Application for Employment Authorization for NON-USC with:

- payment of $XXX

- two (2) passport-style photos of NON-USC

- copy of his Passport (including biographical page, K-1 Visa, and I-94 front and back)

5. I-864 Affidavit of Support filed by USC with:

- copy of her birth certificate

- copy of her 2006 Income Tax filing and 2006 W-2 statement

- copy of a letter from her employer detailing start date, position title, salary, and nature

of employment

- summary of her paychecks for the past 12 months

- copy of a letter from her bank detailing date of account opening and deposit history

- copy of her current bank account balances (captured online)

15. I – 131 form (additional piece of paper attached to it, explaining the necessity of the advance parole)
