Congressman’s office just called to let me know that paper work is at NCV just not in system yet today being 2/25/10 3-1-2013 Contacted and Sent a consent for Senator Marco Rubio office to look into the why my case is taking so long with the admiistrative review for my denial. 3-7-13 contacted Ombudsman office and filled out a DHS-700 Form for their help too. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 152 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 317 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.

NVC recieved case 5-10-2013. Waiting for 2nd interview 5-13-2013.
