Comments : Our appointment was at 8.45 am 22th November 2011, At 300 N. Los Angeles St.in downtown L.A. We parked across the alameda St, $8 aday. we arrived at 7.45 am, and There was already Long line to go through security, and Room 1001 was not that busy, But we waited 3 hours, around 10:45 am, one IO called my name, and led us to her room. She was polite and serious type, but you can feel very firm and professional back-bone from her. We had sworn to say all the truth nothing but truth. The IO asked to me all those things such as have you convicted any crime, joined any militia, communist party bla bla bla bla-answers were all no. The IO asked me current address, telephone number, date of birth, and then asked Documents? we show her Lease agreement with names on, Insurance copy, Bank statemente, GYM contract, The IO asked my husband his original citizenship certificate, and copy. Original Marriage certificate and copy. And finally, the IO asked If she can keep our pictures? No problem, we have another copy at home, so we let she keep all the pictures, The IP asked who was our wedding witnes, my husband answered that was his son, and he is 19 years old, now is studing at college. than she was typing on the computer and meawile said my 2 years condition green card is granted, and I need apply agian when near 2 years, then give us wite paper that says I485 is approved, that was all our interview. just aboutr 10 minutes. After the interview, and gave us white paper that says I485 is approved. Me and My husband both really appreciate to the members in Visa Journey.com, and will share our experience. Again, thank you very much to you all. Have blessed and nice Holidays.

Embassy Review : My interview was at 10 am 16th may. I arrived there at 9.50 am, oh, surprise, there was already 30 people in front of me. But that was fine, exactly only two people include me was for K1 interview. Waiting time was two hours, but interview was just around 8 minutes, the officer just asked two very general question, how did I meet my fiance and Why I have been refused admission to the U.S in 2007, I just told them the true, then he stopped ask any question, told me You are welcome to united states, and I was bit emotional, the officer was totally understand with humanity, there was two officer for the interview, first one, took all certificates, second one was for the interview, they both made a great impression on me by their Humanity. I must say again, Thank you very much , Vancouver u.s consulate OFFICER!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
