Consulate Review: Bucharest, Romania
Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : July 12, 2011
Embassy Review : We´ve got there at 1pm,went to a window and give them my passport, then i was called to give the papers that they asked for and proof of relashionship, after that called again for fingertprints, and around 3pm called for the interview.
The consul was a nice guy, actually there were 2,one was asking questions and the other one was just approving everything we were saying.
Questions asked:How did you meet? Why did i left the USA in 2008?What is my mom´s status in the USA?How many times my husband visit me?How many times did he came before the wedding? What type of car i was driving while in the US?
That was it,the waiting time was a bit long but the interview lasted 2minutes.
I did helped me a lot that my husband was there with me,and that he could answer questions also!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
