She misled immigration and lied to get citizenship. As soon as she got citizenship she robbed me, left, and divorced. Wish immigration would do something and deport her. The worst nightmare for any U.S. citizen to go through. Trying to help people living in poverty in Indonesia? Don't ever bring them to the U.S. |

I really can't complain too much because of the small amount of time it took from Directly filing the I-130 petition to getting the visa. (about 4 weeks) The system is NOT set up for people that live outside of Jakarta though. We flew back and forth 850 miles SIX times and it's impossible in Jakarta with all the grid lock traffic to make any early morning appointments. We over prepared our documents and took along way too much. Again, we can't complain however it was not a flawless process. |

Timeline Comments: 1This lady should be ashamed to be representing Indonesia. Her marriage to me was all a total act, she was following a written plan that I found. Immediately after gaining citizenship after misrepresenting herself as part of a happily married family with a child, she went into action, first she tried to get me to sign a mortgage on a new house, divorce, steal money, abuse our child and used as a pawn, falsify claims of abuse in a failed domestic abuse injunction. These people need to be brought to justice and sent back!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
