I originally filed the I-130 with the Chicago lockbox on July 5 but because I, the petitioner forgot one signature, the package was returned. I signed and resent on August 6 and recieved email notification on August 12 that the package was 'accepted' by chicago and now is in initial review with the California Service center. Now just waiting...
***July 17 2013- FINALLY the I130 was approved!!! NEVER received the postal mail but received the email that said "We have approved your petition for I130" AFTER 2 longgg years...FINALLY STEP ONE IS COMPLETE! On to step two...
June 5 2014- paid AOS and IV bill (finally) status still pending as of June 9 2014. The waiting is the hardest part! :( |
