The part is the most nebulus.
we did file a perfect example of a 751.
tons of proof.
Joint everything.
I have 4 retirement plans (eta 1 yr) and my wife is listed on all of these and my life insurance.
That is a hard test to fool.
so we should be an easy case.
FYI:
For those people waiting for service centers, please remember their are millions trying to get in.
you can however force feed the system.
just listen to the computer.
do it yourself and save 6 months, force feed computer to save 2 months.

they asked simple questions.
they asked my wife in english, do you speak english?,
wife responds, NO, then I look at wife and say honey ! , speak to me now, please.
bla, bla, bla, see I say? to the officer.
when the inspector heard all this , he knew we were not faking it , because the fakers would never say that. THe fakers are scripted.
My wifes speaks great english you see, but she is never happy with her ability.
She is now reading the bible in english.
Took her drivers test in english (by accident). ( funny !)
Just convince them you are in love, holding hands, and all the body language of lovers. They are pro's, dont tell any lies, just be your selves.
we had 100 emails printed out and 500 on CD. ( and tons of photos).
It really is easy.
but we were scared too. ( the unknown)_
all the best to you all !! Do it .

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
