RFE for translation of foreign birth certificate (6/16/06) //// Interview was only 10 min long. The woman asked Gaby her name, address, phone number, and some questions from the forms we completed. She only asked to see proof that we were living together. She told us that she will sent the final decision in the mail and that it looks very good (9/12/06). |

Appointment was for 8 am. We arrived at 7.30 and we were called at 7.45. The woman was very nice. She asked Gaby what was her name, address, phone number, and some questions from the forms we sent in. She wanted to see proof that we were living together. Then she told us that she would send us her final decision as there are two files (on Gaby) that need to be combined. She did say that it looks very good. We were finished by 8.00. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
