Comments : Our Interview was scheduled for May 25th but she did not pass her medical exam and needed to take 3 day sputum starting May 23-25 and pulmonary exam on May 26.

So at the time of her 3 day sputum Ritchie was already taking medicine prescribed by her local physician for ptb because in early in March 2011 she had pneumonia and from CXR they cannot tell it there is something showing ptb or if its because of the pneumonia, so as precaution they had her start ptb medication mayb March 3, 2011. So when she go back to SLEC for 3 day sputum after her first medical on May early they ask about her medication and at that time she's 2 months already on prb medicine so they said they want her to complete it. So that was our delay she have to complete 4 more montsh of the ptb medicine on DOT at SLEC until September and then wait the 2 month sputum culture that ended October 27, 2011 and she is negative then she wait to take the repeat medical on 11/04/11 and then wait to weeks to complete and get immunizations on 11/18/11 and she reschedule interview for 12/08/11.

Ritchie passed the interview and was approved. Her VISA was delivvered by 2Go on Tuesday December 20, 2011. Scheduled her flight from MNL to SFO on Thurs 12/22/11. Early Monday morning 1/2/12 I get e-mail from Expedia that PAL changed her flight from 10:30 pm to one 3 hours later on 1/5/11 at 1:20 am. Made us have to change her connecting flight out of SFO and have to stay overnight in San Francisco. I met her in SFO and we flew back here together on 1/5/12 12:20 pm. PAL paid for the hotel.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
