Embassy Review : |
Arrived at the new USCIS Office 16th St. and Buckeye, just N of the I10, at 7:05AM and passed through security with no issues, they told me we would be first up. IO called us back to her office and swore us in. She was professional, courteous, polite and patient with my wife. After a review of the I485 she asked about my visit to China, her family and their position on her leaving China to come to USA. She asked some more general questions, and then wanted our Evidence of our relationship, I provided several documents and she stated we were approved and had already ordered the production of the Green Card.
Due to an immediate cruise, she had another officer stamp her passport with an I551 seal.
USCIS, Phoenix is a new office, comfortable and easy to find.

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
