Embassy Review : St. Lukes:
Was hard to find but once we found it the process seemed easy it just took 5 hours the first day and 4 hours the second day.

The Embassy:
We got there late so we waiting in a huge line and was given a number then allowed into the embassy, then had to wait 2-3 hours before starting the process. She was finger printed first, then 30 min later she was asked to submit paper work, then another 30 min the final interview, then after the lunch break she was called to go to a window which redirected her to the 2go window.

We left the embassy for lunch but strangely enough we were let back in with no appointment letter or passport ID...

The interview was very simple but I was with my fiancée and my fiancée knows everything about me. They asked how we met and when. They asked why we had wedding rings on and asked where I lived. He asked if I had ever been to the Poconos and made a joke about never visiting the USA again because it was such a long trip.

He forgot to ask for the passport we reminded him. There were many people who failed and it seems like some of the interviewers were very harsh once they smelled blood (e.g. You answered wrong). One lady brought her US "female" friend with her and refused to answer who she was. After asking 3 times the interviewer denied her for being evasive about who she was.

Prism:
Went to prism after words which was a horrible experience, I would recommend trying Saint Marys. Prism was extremely aggressive about abuse, they told my fiancée to keep a journal in her native tongue and to write down every time I abused her. They defined abuse using 10 items some of which were not really abuse (e.g. Jealousy, Arguing, Not giving her money for something she wants and infidelity)

Prism also asked for strange things from my fiancée they asked if I was in the country then demanded to see my passport which was back at the hotel safe 20 min away and a 500 php cab ride. They didn't ask this from any other person there, I told her no we were not going back to the hotel and told her to yell at the person for being incompetent and ask to speak to a manager. They gave her the certificate shortly afterwards. They told her she was not allowed to pick up the sticker at the airport.. even though I read you could. The man seemed angry we even asked. I assume this is because they lose the money if you go to the airport.

The whole prism process took almost all day..

Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
