Embassy Review : |
Appointment was scheduled at 7am ,arrived to the Embassy together with my wife around 5:45am. There were already plenty of people waiting in line, probably 11-12 of them. Wife got inside at 6:50. NO RELATIVES WERE ALLOWED TO ACCOMPANY BENEFICIARIES. About 10:40 am a door opened and my wife came out with a smile on her face. YES!!!.
Regarding the interview itself:
1) 3-4 mins. interview;
2) English is a big plus ( make sure, your spouse speaks and comprehends English,at least a beginner level). My wife has told me that some people got inside mush earlier than she did, however they were still thereafter she left.The main problem, people either didn't speak English or didn't have a clue about their documents. Help your spouse to prepare for the interview,it will save you time and headache;
3) Pick up visa after 4 days |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
