110713 NOA re: Biometrics appointment.
112513 Bio done, 30 minutes to get there, 20 minutes for the pix and prints, 30 min to get back home. Now I can just wait for a while.
120213 NOA that biometrics people did not provide good finger prints to FBI. Crap!
121913 Second finger prints, hopefully done right this time. A one month delay because someone does not know their job.
022414 textandUSCISstatus update that 10 year card production has been ordered.

Do not stand in lines. Ask questions, let them know you are there for a immigrant visa. You will be sent to a special waiting area. Have your documents organized. If your sponsor is there with you, you will be interviewed together. Relax and answer the questions. DO you home work here and read as much as you can about problems people have had. Know what you need at the embassy and have it ready when you get there.

Very good except for the baggage. You will clear immigration first. It did nto take too long for us, but our bags were sitting on the carrosel just waiting for anyone to pickup. We moved them through customs very easily and put them back on a conveyor belt to the next part of our flight. To get the bags, we left the secure area and had to go through security again. That also went faily quickly.
The important part of going through Atlanta is that they appeard to be organized. When ever we looked up to see where to go next there was someone or a sign pointing the way. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
