Interview was fairly easy but lots of questions were asked. No slip-ups though so it went smoothly. About 30 minutes with the immigration officer for the interview. Success!!!

Filed EAD with AOS and AP. Did not get NOA1 with other NOA's. Called USCIS on Aug 10. Service request started to find I-765 that was submitted with AOS and AP.
NBC lost our EAD so we had to resubmit (08/24/11) with proof that AOS was paid. Now we are a month behind and waiting for EAD NOA1. |

Embassy Review : |
My finacée's interview was scheduled for 0635 so she arrived at about 5am. She ended up going into the embassy grounds in the second group that included the other K-1 applicants. Lots of security checking for contraband. All she brought was the paperwork that we had agreed upon. She waited for her number to be called. Lots of waiting. When called she went to the window and provided that required documents to the pre-screener. She was asked some simple questions like my name, occupation, where and when we met, look at pictures, etc. More waiting then to the consular officer interview. He did not as much. She does not really remember what he asked as she was so nervous. She only remembers that she was asked to raise her right hand and swear that all the information was truthful. Then more waiting before called to 2GO window where she filled out the form for her visa delivery. DONE , FINISHED , APPROVED , PASSED |

Timeline Comments: 1Hello, after you attended your n400 interview, Did you got your approval on spot ? And did your online profile changed the same day like Oath ceremony schedule.?? I want to know because I had my interview for my naturalization in Phoenix az yesterday and got recommended for approval. And my online status don't change yet, still saying my interview scheduled. Can you tell me about your experience after interview.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
