Local US CIS Office Review: Dover DE Review Topic: cis_topic Event Description Review Date : September 29, 2011 Embassy Review : Got Biometric in Dover. Appointment on 1 pm but we came earlier around 11.45 am and they took the fingerprint directly maybe since nobody else there. The workers were nice and they didn\\\'t hard. After took my fingerprints, they took my pic and my headscarf needed tobe taken since the picture needs to show my ears.
