Event Description

Embassy Review : We stayed at Hotel Jardines. $55 a night for 2 people. Great service. They have someone who will go to the colmado or get food for you. No need to leave for anything. We walked to the Embassy at 5:20. There were already 40-50 people in line. Buscones around but no one bothered us. We finally got inside the Embassy at 6:30. By 7:15 my SO was called to window 15 to hand in documents. I went with her and they did not ask for any of my financials or anything from me. Just what was required from her packet. The man gave us a number and a yellow piece of paper and told us to wait until 7:45 to go pay the cashier. After my SO paid the cashier we waited another 25 minutes and she was called to window 13 for fingerprints. We then got something to drink. Around 8:30 our number was called. We couldn't believe it was so early. We went to window #24 and it was a younger man who very nice. He had the photos I had sent in with the petition and asked about those. He asked how we met and asked each other about our families. Of course I think it helped my parents were here in Spetember to meet Carolina. I had 500 pages of phone records, 150 photos, all of my financials and he never asked to see one thing so my guess is they know everything before you go into the interview. We dressed business casual. Many looked like they were going to the club. Any questions please ask me.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
