Contacted congressman on 1/12/2011, EAD approved 1/13/2011. Not sure exactly when the card arrived, but it was between January 24th and 28th. |

Contacted congressman on 1/12/2011, AP approved 1/13/2011. No update on USCIS. I was notified of aproval by the Congressman in mail on 1/15/2011. The USCIS put a wrong country of birth/nationality on my AP, but I had no problems with that going through immigration at POE. |
