Comments : Good morning my VJ family. My honey went to his interview this morning at 630am. They let him around 730a. After he paid his visa fee ( $350 US ), 30 mintues later they called his name. A real nice gentleman. He asked him a few questions:
1. How did you 2 meet?
2. Does she have any children?
3. Do they live with her or on thier own?
4. Does she send you money, if so do you have proof of it?

He answered these 4 questions, of course. They laughed and joke a little bit. The CO had asked him for any proof of me sending the him money. Evans said he had left that home. The man said "S***". The Co said come back on March 31st with that proof and more relationship evidence. Had Evans sign a DS-156 and told him Happy Holidays. So Im guessing thats the only thing holding us back and being together. Age is not a factor, so those that are worried about the age thing....DONT cos Im 20 years older then him and it went fine. All we need is the WU receipts and more evidence. Im going there in March for the 2nd interview, God willing.

Embassy Review : The first time Evans went in December, they wanted more evidence. March 31st I was the evidence. The man seemed happy but then started asking about my ex-husband,his whereabouts. I didnt know exactly where just the state. I told the CO but I guess it wasnt enough. The Co said that he will expedite the informationa nad have Evans return on the 13th of April. I had made some calls myself and got whatever info I could of my EX. His address, phone number, if he is with someone or living with someone. I gave all the information to Evans and hopefully that is all needed and he will join me soon. Over all, I dont think that it has been a bad process but very tidious. What does my EX have to do with my present love and future husband? This I dont understand!!!!!
Rating : Poor

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
