No harassment whatsoever. Missed my connecting flight as my first flight was almost 3 hours late leaving the UK - plus the time spent in secondary didn't help! US Airways were very helpful, they put me on the next flight to Phoenix and it was only a couple of hours after the flight I should've been on. :-)
