$340 Check-cash by USCIS.GOV on 12/29/2010. After NOA2, consulate sent back the packet 3 on 05/25/2011. it took almost a month to get packet 3 on 06/20/2011. This is too long. but I have contacted them 3 times and the answer is not to wait for the hard copy of packet 3. They said just download all forms from http://cambodia.usembassy.gov/packet_3.html and follow instruction then send those require forms out to them ( DS-230 part I, I-134 and optional form OF-169 ) also proof of my income such as the last 4 pay-stubs and income tax and W2 form. Packet 3 arrived US Embassy at 06/29/2011. Packet 4 sent at 06/30/2011.
At the interview date, I stand and wait on the line in front of US Embassy in Phnom Penh around 6:30am. We get in at 7:00am then we seated and wait until 8:00am to get the number. 9:00am they called us in but to check for all Documents if we got all everything completed. 10:00am they called our number for the interview. It took me about 20mins since I was there with my fiancee. Everything is perfect cos they don't have a lot of questions to ask. I gave them 2 full small side albums of my pictures with my fiancee about 50 photos. Please do not bring the big hardcover albums of ur wedding pictures because it is too big to put in the small hold window and they won't look at it. At the port of entry after my plan arrived, I had to wait in line for officer to check the paper work and they ask us some questions about when we gonna get married and tell us the process in the US. It took about 3hours for us to be release and go home. But It is not that hard at all, the only time it took is to wait in line. |

Lost EAD card from the mail box. Call to USCIS to confirm. They told me the EAD already sent out but I didn't get it until now. Anyway, we don't need it any more after getting the green card, we filed for social security card on the same week. |

Lost it on the mail box. Call USCIS and was told to file a duplicate AP. then was told to file a new form again.
But now we don't need it since USCIS told us that we can travel back to our home country by using Green Card and the old Passport from our home country as long as it wasn't expired. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
