Her POE was Newark, NJ and she came out within 20 min of immigration + fingerprints.
The officer asked her basic questions (like 3 or 4) like who is sponsoring you, where is your husband, what does he do here?
Overall, her POE experience was very easygoing. |

Jinal's port of entry @ Newark, NJ was the easiest one without any harassment or issues.
She was the first one in line for the immigration process.
They took her fingerprints and did asked her few basic questions
1. Who is sponsoring you to US?
2. What is his name?
3. Where does your husband works?
4. Why is he in US ?
They took the sealed envelope, which mumbai consulate gave and welcomed her to United States.
Her flight landed @ 12 noon & she was out of airport with luggage formalities and all immigration process @ 1.10 PM.
I would say overall, that our experience @ Newark, NJ int'l airport was very easy and memorable. javascript:emoticon('') |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
