Female agent, about 55 years old, conducted interview. Interviewed USC spouse/husband first; asked questions about how first met with specific dates; about when I met the child; about what point of entry and what date; about our wedding (how many people at wedding) and who was at wedding; where I worked and what were my work hours; where I lived (I own a 2-family house), who lived there, name of tenant who lives in my house; what school child was going to and in what grade, etc., interviewer took notes of all; then called in AOS spouse and minor child, asked AOS spouse ALL same questions to verify dates/info, etc.; asked child where she went to school and what grade and if she liked it.
Not too tough, but as I say did ask about specific details and wrote down my answers and then tested spouse with same questions to see if she gave same answers. Was pleasant enough but professional, then said congratulations and you will get your green card in a month or less, etc. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
