The reason was because she did not have my original Birth and Divorce Certificates with her, which I then had to send down to the embassy in order for her to get the visa. That's why there's a discrepancy between the interview date and the date she actually received the visa. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 84 days from your NOA1 date. The whole thing maybe took 15 minutes at most. This was at the downtown Phoenix location on 16th St. and Buckeye. She told me they didn't harass her at all and they basically only took her picture and fingerprints and let her go.
