Comments : Dec 4th 2009;1st interview, blue; timeline,ex wife's address,medical results from cho ray.
Jan 4th 2010,2nd interview, white; 221g, failed to present documents, i.e. medical results from cho ray. Active tb; level 2 meds for 18 more months. Nov 2010--Was at Cho Ray and PNT, after a couple months of negative sputum results (a good thing), Nicole slipped back into positive sputum results again (a bad thing), We will now have to continue treatment for an additional 18 to 24 months. This will push our best case scenario for a visa to sometime between May though November of 2012.
April 2011--another 221g white slip requesting a new police report and the medical results from Cho Ray. The results will not be ready until July 2012 if all goes well.

Consulate Review: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Review Topic: General Review
Event Description
Review Date : January 11, 2010
Embassy Review : Came in as a K1 currently in AP for 2010. I was in the consulate two times in Dec of 09. Took a number, waited, was called, spoke to CO. No problems, rather boring really. Both times I asked questions they had to take into the back room to get answered. Asking supervisor probably. Had a typo on our blue slip. The date for the submission of timeline, ex wives address & medical records was wrong. It said 1/4/10; in backwards non american euro dating which they use in VN this would be april 1, 2010. I asked should we come back in April? They said oh..no...its wrong come back Jan 4, 2010. Date confusion fools the americans again, even the CO's.
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
