SO WRONG!!!!! Rescheduled interview for 10/5/10 passed easy! then asked to wait 10 days for Visa Delivery! NO WAY!! I went into the embassy myself and raised cain with the embassy. It was Delivered in two days. Thank You for the help. The Embassy could very easily told me to take a hike. We are now in Houston, TX. We had to redo the spit test for the health department here. No problem!!! We really learned a lot about the process, all in all its a game of chance with many winners and few losers that is worth the wait! BUT YOU MUST DO THE WAIT!!! Now we will start again for the Kids! Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 106 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 249 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.

No fear needed at all.Of course I went thru with my asawa. I did not let her come here alone. Thats just me. Highly recommend Detroit. About 30 custom agents no waiting!!
