Embassy Review : Everything went great. Although he and other with K1 or K3 had to wait until the end. He had a very nice guy that ask him where do i live, what kind of work do i do? where is my mom and dad? do i have kids? what do they think about him? how did we meet? is he going to divorce me in 3 years. then he gave him 221g and he asked him what should he tell me because i was outside waiting. the interviewer was like oh so she is here? ask for his passport and told him to tell me that its a good and let me know this is the normal process. I gave it a week and called they them informed me the case was still in AP gave it 5 more days and sent them a email. they emailed me back to say that it was still in AP the next day they called him to come pick up his visa. so it took 14 days after the interview to get visa. also i must note that when i called they were very nice although i tranferred about 4 times but they did it quickly. also their reply from email was nice. thanks Casa.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
