Port of Entry Review
Event Date
Port of Entry : Chicago
POE Date : 2010-01-26
Got EAD Stamp : Yes,Passport Stamp
Biometrics Taken : Yes
Harassment Level : 0
Comments : We had 4 hours between flights which was not enough. After waiting 15 min in line for visitors after arrival you have to go another line in order to get stamp in passport. Second line took us 2.5 hours. You had over your papers and passport to officed and they ask you to sit down and wait. At time we arrived they had sme huge families there and many of these people was unable to speak english.
apart of wait no harrasment. no questions really asked and passport spamped. only good think is dont go ask officers any question and they get really frustrated and can move you case to the end of line and you can end up waiting much longer.

Consulate Review: Czech Republic
Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : January 7, 2010
Embassy Review : Very easy. Once we got our interview date from NVC, we emailed the consulate requesting an early interview date. once they got our paperwork they we were able to expediate our petition and received an interview date 2 weeks earlier. Upon arriving we had to wait cca 30 min for our interview. there was one person in front of us. basicaly they only asked how we met. Then said we were approved and could come and pick up our visa the next day. Easy enough!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
