Comments : I realized that as much as the process made us nervous and excited at the same time, it was easy. With the papers complete, and with prayers to make us and the visa people keen, everything has gone smoothly. The Interview questions were just personal facts about the petitioner, so no need to worry. :) Godbless everyone!

Comments : I didn't practice my husband on dates, cuz I didn't know he would totally forget all the dates except for our wedding date. So he was all wrong on the dates when we first talked, when he went to the Phils, when we got engaged, his answers were all approximate, but it didn't matter, I think it actually looked normal. So the interviewer told us that he was approving my AOS and we better stick with each other for good.Have properties together, and babies too. Turned out so well :)

Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : April 12, 2010
Embassy Review : The interview was very good, questions are personal facts about the petitioner so they were easy to answer. The interviewer was formal but friendly. The questions asked to me were just 3. The interview lasted for about 5 minutes.

The Filipino pre-screener made me nervous though, she seemed to imply that i was lacking of evidences, and she was snappy. But when i get to the Consular officer final interview, he said that everything's fine. .

Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
