Port of Entry Review
Event Date
Port of Entry : Seattle
POE Date : 2005-10-05
Got EAD Stamp : Yes,Passport Stamp
Biometrics Taken : Yes
Harassment Level : 5
Comments : Shawn was lucky and was able to avoid the mean lady at the Seattle Port of entry. She was the last one in line, and because the lady was taking so long she was able to get in another line. Shawn also met another filipina that has been in and out of the USA for 10 years and she was complaining cause she still gets harrased by the officers when she enters the USA.

Event Description

Embassy Review : I got off to a rough start, I found out about my interview date a week before and I had not recieved the appointment letter yet. All this and my Husband while my husband was dep[loying to Iraq. St. Lukes got me a copy of the appointment letter, and I was able to get everything done for the interview. I brought more stuff then I needed for the interview. I was also nervus, especialy at the begining of the interview. Afterwords the officer interviewing me was very ni8ce and polite and completly diferent then I would have expected. A week latter I had my visa delivered to me, six months later I flew home to the USA to live with my Asawa
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
