My fiance was not told much of anything. He was interrogated for a long time. I think that the said that he was asked over seventy questions. In the end they asked him if his parents agreed about our marriage, if they knew I had kids, and if they knew if I was ever married before. To all of which my fiance answered yes. The interviewer asked for his parents phone number and the asked his father the same questions. However, his father told him that he did not know whether I was married or not. The interview hung up the phone, called my fiance a liar, and told him it is done. He was given a paper and told the case would be sent back to the USCIS. I am so unhappy about the length of time the process has taken. Now I am even more disgusted. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
