Comments : The case was denied after interview. They asked for additional evidences for an ongoing relationship between husband & wife.
Evidences submitted are:
- Pictures
- Boarding Passes
- Telephone Bills along w/ prepaid cards
- Old mailed envelops with stamps on it
- Marriage photos along with wedding card
- Invitation cards from relatives, friends with both of our names on it
- Joint Bank account statement
- Letters from my 2 sons about our legitimate relationship.

All the above documents were submitted on Aug 22, 2009 and the visa's were issued on Sept, 25 2009 and received by mail on Oct 2, 2009.
