Embassy Review : |
Everything went smoothly, in fact they didn't even interview him (my fiance). they just took our documents, told him to wait until they called his name, and 30 minutes later they said he was approved and could pick up his visa the next day at 5:00. The day before, he arrived early for his medical exam and was finished quickly. They required 2 vaccinations because he didn't have records. The only bad thing about the whole affair was having to wait an extra day to pick up the visa. I'm rating it 4 because it went as well as we could hope for, but I dont' give it 5 because there should be more than one embassy in all of Italy to handle K-1 petitions ... why not Rome? It's better located. Or one in Milano or Venezia and one in Napoli. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
