Comments : We mail in Packet 3 before the Embassy had our I-129F. It was only a few days early and this helped speed it up but we could have had a lot of problems if they would trashed it I would not recomend this. Also Payed Thai Police 3000B to get police check done in 1 week.

Event Description
Review Date : January 22, 2010
Embassy Review : She arrived at embassy a 5:30 am for her 7:30 am interview. Was finished about 11am they only as 4 or 5 questions. When did we met? When did we meet in person? How long did we spend together? why did I have to send her money when she has a good job? The only way they would have known about the money thing was they must have read our emails and chats that I sent in. I did edit some things but not that so they do read that stuff. She said it was not hard. She met a lot of new friends there and some of the girls went to lunch after. I only gave them a 4 not a 5 because it took so long.

POE Review: Los Angeles
Event Description
Entry Date : 2010-05-11
Embassy Review : entered at LAX with my Fience flight got in about 820pm I ask the woman directing people if we could go thru line together and was told no problem as she pointed to the vistior line. When we got to the booth the officer was not rude or mean but was not very friendly or helpful eather. He opened her brown envelope ask us about 15 questions like. how did you meet how much do you talk when have you vistited how long ago did you file for your K1 have you ever been married before do you have children when is the wedding ect ect ect. Took photo and prints and let us in. I give this a 2 because the officer could have been a lot more friendly and helpful he spoke very fast and the way he ask questions was intimidating. but not too bad of a time after we got our bags and cleared customs we walked out the door at 10 pm
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
