Hi, I am glad your case was approved. I can only hope that you see this message as I would like to ask about your experience with the two marriage certificates and which one you end up using and how you were able to explain to USCIS. I'm in a similar but the same situation and couldn't seem to find anyone online that experience this.

Hi Yileidy, i stick with one (the one I got from the county here in the US) and stick with it. No problem, no question asked.

Thats great to hear, I'm dreading my situation. I am an LPR and got married abroad with a different surname from the one I use in the US due to dual citizenship. Not sure what I will need to show uscis that I am one and the same person.

ah, I am sorry I dont know how to answer that.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
