Hi, have you gotten your NOA2 yet?

No I haven’t gotten it. They are not even working on my case yet. I’m hoping to have it soon.

You should have gotten your NOA2 by now. Call them if you haven't

I put in a service request. They emailed me and said they are working on my case give them 45 days to make a decision. I did a CR-1 for my ex-husband from Pakistan. I believe they are looking into that. We were married for 10 years so everything should be alright and an approval coming soon.

I have a question I received my NVC notification on 14th Feb 2022 with the assigned case number stating that they have forwarded it to the Islamabad Embassy according to your timeline the consulate received it within 3 days, but the embassy hasn't contacted me at all I find this unusual I also called them and they said they will contact me themself.

They sent me an email with the link to the Ds160. I forwarded that email to my fiancé. They will contact you.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
