They sent my NOA to a bad address, but my mailperson managed to get it to me. The NOA for the AOS, which was filed in the same packet, went to the correct address. I called USCIS to do an address correction for the case number for the AP. Hopefully it won't delay anything, although they said I would get a notice when the address is corrected within 45 days. |
Processing Estimates/Stats : |
There are not enough recent approvals in the timeline system to accurately approximate when your AP will be approved. |

My fiancee had taken an earlier trip to Moscow for the medical exam and to get her DHL mailer. So for the interview, she simply took the overnight train to Moscow from St. Petersburg, went to her interview, was approved, and hopped on the train back that afternoon and was back in St. Petersburg within 24 hours of leaving. Very simple. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
