Embassy Review : The interview ended up being a nightmare. Keith had the wrong piece of paper for his divorce, even though it had made it past the CSC. They told him at the interview his Visa was pending and that he should courier the correct paper back to them along with everything they had just looked at (they gave all his paperwork back to him). The nightmare was he couriered it back the next day (Friday) but then waited and waited for the Visa to be couriered back, not knowing when it would come as his flight was already booked for one week after his interview. After getting no live person at the Embassy but trying for 2 days, he was on contact with the courier service who told him they picked up his Visa the night before his plane was to leave. The got it to him at 9:30 a.m., he drove 2 hours to the airport, and boarded the plane 15 minutes before it left. OMG what a stressfull time. Now we are married and life is GREAT!
Rating : Very Poor

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
