My orginal case was returned to uscis after failing the interview. After a two year wait, they worked on my case and I recieved a noticed of intent to deny. Which I gave them all of the evidence I have been collected, then on Nov 27, they reaffirmed the case. After the first interview with the CO, our case was put on AP, then the wife had to go back to embassy for interview with the FPU, then was told they will inform us of their decision. On April 23, a email was sent notifying us that she is approved. |

The interview was tough. My wife was questioned by the CO, the FPU. But after them reviewing my overwelming evidence, after 2 weeks in AP they approved the visa. I still am upset by their earlier deccision, making us go the extra steps and spend extra money, but in the end we got our best result. |

Wife was checked in at the visitors line at the immigration point. She was sent to the room and waited about 5 minutes. The asked he simple questions like is the address correct, and is this the petitioner's address. The took the envelope and processed her. Total time was about 10 minutes, no hassles. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
