Embassy Review : |
My K1 Interview Visa went fast and nice. The first screening went well, the interviewer ask a lot of evidence such as proof of relationship, affidavit of support, photos, etc. She asks me random questions such as when and how did I meet my fiance(which is my husband now), how many times he visited me in the Philippines, what are those dates, did I travel or work abroad and when I satisfied all the requirements and answer all the questions, she ask me to wait for the final interview with the American Consul Officer. It takes awhile for my number to be called but as soon as my number flashes in the Que screen, I entered immediately to the room and was greeted in tagalog by the Officer. He asks me same questions of the first interviewer asks me and as soon as he finishes all his questions for me, he told promptly that my visa is approved, congratulated me, I thank him and wait outside for further instructions. I was in the embassy 5:30am and I finish everything around 9:30am. So fast and easy. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
