I was out of town when the DS-3032 / I-864 bill was received, so that slowed things down a bit. Ditto with the swine flu for getting certified copies of birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.

NVC operator able to confirm interview date afternoon of 2009-06-10.
Two-year green card issued 2009-07-14, when my wife spent all of an hour in the U.S. at the frontier.
Meanwhile, I am awaiting her travel to Washington, DC to join me--she is dealing with making arrangements regarding her house in Monterrey. |
