NOA PARA MI HIJA EL MISMO JULIO 6 DE 2009.
EL OFICIAL DE MIGRACION QUE NOS ATENDIO FUE CORTES Y NO NOS HIZO PREGUNTAS FUERA DE LO COMUN, LUEGO DE COMPROBAR INFORMACION QUE ELLA TENIA, COMPARANDOLA CON NUESTRAS RESPUESTAS, NOS DIJO QUE LA ENTREVISTA ESTABA TERMINADA Y QUE ELLA PROCEDERIA CON LA DOCUMENTACION Y QUE MAS O MENOS DE DOS A TRES SEMANAS RECIBIRIAMOS LA GREEN CARD. NO VEO MUCHOS CASOS AQUI PARA SABER CUANDO POSIBLEMENTE YO RECIBA MI GREEN CARD, ES IMPORTANTE QUE TERMINEMOS DE COLOCAR LOS DATOS EN NUESTRA TIMELINE PARA ASI AYUDAR A LOS QUE LO NECESITAN. CONFIO EN DIOS QUE PRONTO TENGA MI GREEN CARD PORQUE SUENO CON EL DIA QUE ABRAZE A MI PEQUENA NINA, OJALA DIOS QUIERA FUERA NUESTRO REGALO DE NAVIDAD.
EN JULIO 15 DE 2010 RECIBI ACTUALIZACION EN MI CORREO ELECTRONICO POR PARTE DE USCIS INFORMANDOME QUE ORDENARON LA PRODUCCION DE LA GREENCARD. AHORA ESPERO POR EL INICIO DEL TRAMITE EN EL CENTRO NACIONAL DE VISAS PARA MI HIJA.

El caso de mi pequeña fue recibido en Julio 20 de 2010 y el caso fue cerrado en Octubre 7 de 2010, la entrevista fue otorgada para Enero 31 de 2011 y recibimos el pasaporte el dia 5 de Febrero de 2011. Gracias a Dios por darnos a mi esposo mi hija y a mi toda la fortaleza para culminar este proceso. esperamos que nuestras vidas sean felices y que laboralmente progresemos y quien dice que no podamos agrandar nuestra familia en un par de años... ya veremos... Gracias Dios. |

Hola Amigos...
El dia 08 de Agosto me dirigi a las oficinas de la USCIS donde me citaron para la toma de las huellas... todo fue bien, solo tengo que contarles que el portero me exigio que le presentara mi certificado de matrimonio, dado que mis apellidos variaban del pasaporte a la peticion para ajuste de estatus y empleo. viaje de regreso a mi casa con mi esposo por 30 minutos, recogimos la prueba o certificado de matrimonio... regresamos y el PORTERO ni siquiera la reviso.. yo no dije nada, segui y el proceso fue muy rapido y agil.
Oye... aquel portero estaba supermal presentado, las gafas de sol en la frente, tres anillos mas grandes que el en cada mano,y una manilla que parecia cadena para perro.. en fin... mala la presentacion para una persona que debe transmitir respeto...
Ahora espero por el siguiente paso... |
