"The I485 application is currently with the clerical unit. Your constituent should receive a notice of action within 3-4 weeks. *A notice of action may be in a form of a Request for Evidence, Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke."

2012-09-05 : Received text message of case status update from USCIS. Notice of Action was sent.

2012-09-07 : Green Card sent.

2012-09-10 : Green Card received with the I-797 NOA (separate mail).
