My husband and I filed the I-130 petition together, had interview and on the same day we were approved, though it takes 10 days for me to get the Packet 3 because they are still conducting background (ADAM WALSCH). We filed our I-864 together with the I-130 so its easier processing in tokyo. We tried to delay the processing because of the time frame. My hubby's contract will end on May 09. We will be hopefully in US by last week of MAy. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 15 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 112 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
