Originally completed Pkt 3 on 4/12, but the consulate seems to have never received our fax. We discovered this in late May, and sent the forms again by mail on 6/1. |

POE at Salt Lake City, UT (wasn't available from drop-down menu). Waiting time was decently long, but there were no problems at all. I'm glad I was there with her. |

RFE on 12/14. Wanted a full medical (no idea why, old one was lost?) and W-2s for the most recent tax year (I guess I forgot to attach these to the copy of the return I sent in). RFE returned on 1/4/10. |

Showed up 45 minutes early at 8:15AM, was done by 10:45AM. Only a few questions asked (Does the petitioner have a job, are the beneficiaries parents planning on coming to the wedding, when is she planning on coming to the US) and they gave the approval.
Nice woman interviewer and no problems |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
