Very easy and hassle free. The officer took my paperwork and done his thing while I waited. I had fingerprints taken (ink version), I waited a little longer before he called me over, asked a few questions, then stamped my passport. He welcomed me to the US and congratulated me on my upcoming marriage. All up, it took around 1hr from getting off the plane, to walking out the airport doors. |

Very quick and easy. Just a few questions making sure we live together and showing joint accounts and photos together. Immigration officer was nice and said the conditional 2yr Green card will be posted out in 7-10 days. She reminded us that we need to remove the conditions 90 days prior to the expiration of the 2yr date and then we will recieve our 10yr Green card. |

APPROVED!!! Very easy and painless. So far its the easiest part of the whole process. Everyone was really nice and polite. I think as long as you have everything they require and have things in order its not so bad. As Ive read on Visa Journey, Take a book or look at the wonderful view over the harbour while you wait. I was in and out in around 1hr with the Interview itself only taking about 5 mins. Woo Hoo!!! |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
