Was only 10 min...very professional, yet more laid-back than I expected. He got what he needed, but was friendly about it. Very few questions. How we met, our address, phone number, what the cities(some) in our area code were to Craig, about my job to me, to both were we living together, no divorce filed, etc and went over our documentation previously submitted. We had a suitcase full and he barely wanted to see anything. Easy as pie, and so relieved and happy! :) Mich |

We would have had this sooner but had a mixup with our NOAs for both AOS and EAD with the postal service and didn\\\'t receive them until mid September after filing the end of June. We had bios scheduled for Oct. and had a car break down on the way so had to reschedule about 2 weeks later Oct. 25th..as soon as they were complete, we received the EAD shortly after. ! :) YAY! |

We had Craig's AOS interview on January 5, 2006. It went SO well that we wondered what all of our worry was over. We felt they especially went out of their way for us, since we had a SUITCASE full of evidence, and yet I had somehow managed to lose the one thing we thought we HAD to have..the request to appear for the interview! After a 4 1/2 hour drive(one way) and just hoping we could get in anyway, we arrived about 4 hours early and spoke to the 4 security guards just inside...they said they would handle the situation(no letter)and to come back about 45 min. before our interview time. We wandered around the area a bit and when we went back one of the guards went upstairs and cleared us, we waited about 20 minutes, and got called back. The interviewer was jokey yet thorough..he got copies of a loan we have together, utility bills and a couple of other things...asked Craig the normal questions, and also asked him our address, phone number, things like that. Checked all of the normal things..affidavit, jobs, and we "made" him look at our wedding album. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Go Milwaukee! |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
