Received my RFE yesterday 04/06/09, it was regarding Question 2 on Part C, have i ever been convicted of a crime, I just signed the paper and said NO and went to the post office to send it back. I probably had that paper in my hand for about an hour before I returned it, now im just waiting for an answer from USCIS. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 125 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 156 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
