Merry Christmas everyone !! Thanks to all who have been here before for your experience and posts.

We are so happy for NOA2 hang in there everyone else that is waiting.

Finished medical today Feb. 23, 2009 $95 for exam blood work etc. And 654 soles for 4 injections....how many vacines in each I do not know , but will update when my sweetheart lets me know.

I was in Lima Feb 8 - 18, we called the embassy (434-3000) and were fortunate to find out that her packet had been mailed and the lady also told us her interview date. Also you do not want to do your medical exam until you receive your packet.

Interview went very well. Leny went alone and did the interview in Spanish. She was treated with respect and felt very comfortable thru the whole process(except for her being a little nervous lol).

Mailed AOS I-485 to Chicago 06-18-2009 I saw they cashed our personal check via wire transfer...hope that is a good sign.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
