Embassy Review : they were nice.so this is how it go: you have to wait outside until one of the people there comes with a list and get you to the control point.you are not allowed inside with mobile so they will keep it until u get out.you get in they call your name and ask you for the form, police records birth certificate original and copy, photos, affidavit of support and papers that prove the relation and give u a paper telling you pay the k1 visa fee after this is the fingerprint.you wait for a while and then call you for a interview.and this is are the questions she ask me:
what is my fiance name?
where did we meet?
when was the first time we talked
when did we start dating?
what are my feelings about my fiance?
where does he work ?
did i meet his parents and have i talk to them?
did he come visit me ?
how many time and for how long ?
i hope this helps
Rating : Very Good

POE Review: Houston
Event Description
Entry Date : 2009-02-13
Embassy Review : it was easy, everybody was friendly. there was a video on the airplane to tell you what to do, as well as fill out forms. you are given a white form for k-1 visa. and you show it to the cbp. you don't go thru there without knowing where to go, people directed you everywhere you needed to go.
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
